The latest deadline for submitting articles that have not yet been deposited is October 14th. After that date, the platform will be permanently closed.
We ask you to use exclusively to deposit the articles on the website https://siest2019.sciencesconf.org/.
Also, we ask you to use the template.

 

The articles should be submitted to the scientific committee the 30th of September at the latest using the platform: https://siest2019.sciencesconf.org

The text has to use the expected norms in the community of research in education and use the provided template. The texts that will not follow these norms will not be sent to experts for reviewing.

The following norms are expected:

  • The articles should be written in French or English. They should provide after the title: name and first name of the author (or authors), function, institution, address, phone number, fax number and electronic address.
  • The articles should not exceed 12 000 signs, without the summary. This corresponds to approximately 6 pages A4. The use of the provided template is mandatory (police Times 12 pt; simple spacing between paragraphs, margin: left, right, up and down: 2.5 cm).
  • The title of the article should be as short as possible (≤ 60 signs).
  • The titles of the paragraphs (bold CAPITAL LETTERS) and the sub-titles (bold-italic) will not be numbered
  • The text will be in Word format.
  • Footnotes (generally lot a lot in the article) will be using a number (exponent, with no parentheses, no space, and using continuous numbering.
  • Graphs, tables, diagrams, illustrations, will be provided in a separate document. Their maximum dimension (from side to side) will be 12 cm length and 19 cm height. Their place in the text will be indicated. The tables will be presented using A.P.A. format: they will be numbered and titled following the template. Graphs and all the various illustrations will be numbered and titled following the template. For the tables, graphs, and/or illustrations that are not original, the initial source of reference should be clearly indicated.
  • References in the text will have to respect A.P.A format (example: “According to the ideas of some experts (Amy, 1998; Dupont, 1996; Dupont & Dupond, 1996), it is necessary to follow the conclusions of Durand (1994), even if the clarifications brought forward by Dupuy (1995a; 1995b) should not be …”).
  • A summary in the language of the article (French or English) of 100 words, and 3 to 5 key words should be joint to the article.
  • A long summary in the other language of 200 words and 3 to 5 key words sould be joint to the article.
  • The bibliographic references should be placed at the end of the article. They will be presented in alphabetic order, in a single list with no sub-division regarding the type of text, following the A.P.A format (5th and 6th edition) and the template.

Annex will be numbered in roman numbers and placed after the bibliography.
